- Ensure all content (text, images, files) provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before project initiation or delivery.
- Once a project begins, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed at our discretion based on project scope and progress.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (designs, websites, or content) is transferred to the client.
- Hamzam IT Hub retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
- All draft concepts, mockups, and internal materials remain the property of Hamzam IT Hub.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any sensitive business information shared during a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hamzam IT Hub is not responsible for:
- Any losses or damages caused by third-party software or hosting providers.
- Issues arising from misuse, modification, or unauthorized use of our deliverables.
- Indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of revenue or data).
8. Revisions & Delivery
- Each project includes a limited number of revisions as per the agreed proposal.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
- Final files will be delivered upon completion and full payment.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party tools, plugins, or APIs (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics) as part of your project. We are not responsible for their functionality or updates once the project is delivered.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if:
- The client fails to provide required information or payment.
- The client engages in unethical, abusive, or illegal behavior.
- The scope of work extends beyond what was initially agreed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be handled under its jurisdiction.
